This is the second Tembo Elephant I have made from the Safari Friends pattern by Knitting at Knoon. I love this pattern. It's knit in the round, which makes it fun since there are no seams to sew. I also love his cute little round bottom. This particular little elephant will be a baby gift for one of my husband's co-workers.
I also sewed a baby blanket for them. My kitty thought he would help:
Today we cleaned up all of the Christmas decorations -- finally! This month has brought some new challenges, so I was thankful for the time today to do some cleaning and organizing. My house finally feels like my own again!
I am working on a teddy bear pattern by Ala & Ela, and hopefully will have it done by tomorrow. If so, pictures then!

Ahhh! I love the elephant!!! I just discovered that our friends, who are expecting their first, long awaited and pray for child have decorated her room in pink and brown..... with elephants. I must knit an elephant! Thanks for the inspiration!
